Finish warranty: one year against flaking, peeling or blistering under normal conditions. Damage from installation, falling objects, scratching, abrasion or misuse is not covered.
Primer finish: doors with the standard primer finish need a finish coat of paint after installation.

Does it meet building code?
Bilco states the Ultra Series satisfies IRC 2024 emergency egress requirements for finished basement areas. The IRC is revised every three years and each state adopts it on its own schedule, so we will confirm the requirements for your town during your Free Estimate.
How do I know which size I need?
